Senior Director of Healthcare Communications

Leading communications strategy for complex healthcare accounts, the full-time Senior Director of Healthcare Communications will drive impactful initiatives, manage senior client relationships, and mentor team members while operating in a fast-paced agency environment. Key responsibilities Lead communications strategy and serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders Own senior client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across teams Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business efforts Required qualifications 8 to 12+ years of experience in healthcare communications within an agency Strong background in PR or corporate communications, particularly with biotech, pharma, or life sciences clients Familiarity with FDA and regulatory considerations Proven ability to lead client relationships independently and connect work to business outcomes Clear communicator with strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities
