About the Role:

As an Accountant at Kartchner, you will be the financial backbone of our team – ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. You’ll reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and maintain strict confidentiality of financial information. Your work will drive financial clarity and success within the company.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required or additional higher education.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Integrity and ethical decision-making — you handle sensitive information with care.

• Excellent communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and team members.
