Assistant Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

MINISO USA in Newport News, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and help drive sales targets while upholding company policies and the Miniso handbook guidelines.
