Mechanical Technician Helper

CHR & Associates, established in 2000, specializes in diagnostic imaging equipment installations. Role Description The Mechanical Technician Helper will assist in the installation, disassembly, and/or relocation of diagnostic imaging equipment. Daily tasks include supporting the preparation and setup of imaging room sites, assisting in equipment transportation and assembly/disassembly, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. This is a full-time position with travel required and paid for by CHR, requiring physical work in healthcare facilities and other environments. Qualifications Basic mechanical skills, including the ability to use tools and equipment for installations Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment, including tools for setup, assembly, relocation, and disassembly General knowledge of safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA compliance) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working in confined spaces Basic problem-solving skills applicable to technical and mechanical tasksEffective communication skills, ability to work well with a team, and adaptability to diverse working environments Willingness to travel locally and regionally for projects Previous experience in healthcare, construction, or mechanical fields is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr CHR & Associates
