Company Overview The company mission is to "Protect The American Warfighter" and they accomplish this mission by performing aircraft modifications for the U.S. military. Job Overview Seeking an entry‑level Materials Planning Coordinator to work in our aircraft hangars. Job Duties Plan and coordinate materials required to complete aircraft modifications. Work independently to critically think, problem‑solve, and plan while being part of a team of aircraft mechanics working on aircraft. Provide good customer service to technician teammates as the sole Materials Planner on the program. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement departments to ensure proper accrual and delivery of necessary materials to the hangar. Qualifications A good attitude and eagerness to learn; commitment to the company mission. Ability to critically think, plan, problem‑solve, and work independently while enjoying teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs to accomplish the job. Good customer service orientation toward technician teammates. Previous related experience in logistics, material planning, inventory, material coordination, or supply chain. Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance through Aerotek. Pass a drug test & background check. Contract Length Contract to hire – usually convert to a direct employee with the company around 6 months, based on attitude & performance. Pay & Shift $25 per hour. Monday through Friday. Show up between 6 & 8 am and leave between 2:30 & 4:30 pm. Exact shift to be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview.
