Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CT tech Radiology to take an assignment in Lakewood, Ohio.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Minimum Requirements:** - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. - Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Non-supervisory references will not be considered. - For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required. Failure to include will result in a rejected profile. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, will be canceled. - Facility does not accept any license hits. **Nicotine and Drug Screen Requirements:** - EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from the Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine-free. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. **Other Requirements:** - BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Badging and fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date.
