Hiring Community Care Caregivers – Raleigh 27616 & Cary 27518

Now hiring compassionate caregivers who are interested in providing community-based care in independent living communities.

This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy short task-based visits, supporting multiple residents, and staying active throughout their shift rather than long one-on-one assignments.

What This Role Looks Like

In this position, caregivers will provide support to multiple residents in independent living and community settings, including short visits throughout the shift. You will assist residents with daily needs while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety.

Areas We Serve:

We provide community care throughout Wake County, including:

• Cary 
• Raleigh 

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support during short visits 
• Assist with light personal care (bathing support, grooming, dressing assistance as needed) 
• Medication reminders 
• Light housekeeping and tidying in resident spaces 
• Meal assistance and setup 
• Mobility and safety support 
• Assist multiple residents during scheduled community visits 
• Document care provided during each shift 

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Strong communication skills 
• CNA certification is a plus (but not required) 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
