Lewis-Palmer School District 38 located in Monument, CO is looking for a Dean of Students at Bear Creek Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The Dean of Students serves as a key member of the school's leadership team providing a comprehensive approach to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students. This role focuses on administrative leadership responsibilities, including student discipline, schoolwide systems, and support for staff and families. The Dean provides a variety of learning experiences supporting schoolwide systems such as MTSS, behavior intervention, and student services. Master's degree and valid Colorado Principal license required and experience in teaching and educational leadership is preferred. Colorado Service Provider license with school counselor endorsement preferred

Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $48,446 - $75,279. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
