Second Shift Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain a single machine while ensuring the production of high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision measuring instruments and be able to follow manufacturing guidelines to meet exact specifications.
Location: Newton NCPay Range: $18.00/HR
Shift: (2nd) 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining functions.
- Use precision measuring instruments to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Determine proper feeds and speeds to achieve optimal machining results.
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
