Peoplelink Staffing is searching for a Talent Specialist to work in their Greensboro, NC office. This position is temporary with potential to be hired.
Compensation: $17 - $19/hrSchedule: In Office; Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Description:

- Answer phones and greet those that enter the office
- Engage and participate in recruiting processes using all resources effectively
- Accurately document client job code requests in operational systems
- Help with coordinating job offers and required documentation
- Source, and screen candidates daily. Helping with interviews as needed.
- Help manage onboarding processes and compliance
- Ensure completion of background checks
- Facilitate orientations for candidates and clients
- Document communications and maintain personnel files
- Support employee relations and feedback processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1.5 years of related business experience (staffing, receptionist, etc)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, able to pass a Microsoft office assessment test.
