New Horizons of The Treasure Coast, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SOAR Specialist for our Adult Case Management team. You will assist adults with serious mental illness in applying for benefits, gather required information, and coordinate with SSA and DD to advance SSI/SSDI cases. You will conduct client assessments, develop service plans, broker services, and advocate for clients while collaborating with treatment teams and external partners to support access to benefits and crisis #J-18808-Ljbffr New Horizons of The Treasure Coast, Inc.
