Our ENT group is looking for a BC/BE otolaryngologist to join our physician-owned private practice in the Suffolk/Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area.

* We are a large very successful private practice ENT group in the Tidewater area looking to replace a retired partner, and possibly add an additional ENT due to continued growth. 

* Our group was founded in 1984, and has grown to 5 ENT physicians, 3 advanced practice providers, and 8 audiologists. 

* We practice the full scope of general ENT and operate at the local 310 bed community hospital and ASC. 

* We also support in-office sinus procedures, balloon sinuplasty, and videostroboscopy. 

* Our ideal candidate would value teamwork and be interested in general ENT and allergy. Subspecialty interest supported as partners have included laryngology and head and neck trained fellows.

* Convenient Location : The Tidewater area is a successful mix of tourist destinations in Virginia Beach and historic Colonial Williamsburg, robust businesses with several large companies headquartered in town, and a large military presence with Norfolk Naval Base, the Naval Shipyards, and the East Coast SEAL Teams nearby. Norfolk International Airport is a gem with 75,000 flights annually, and remains highly accessible with easy parking and minimal lines.

* Access to outdoor activities : This area is very family friendly with multiple opportunities to enjoy the local beaches, venture on the waters with local kayak excursions, go fishing on charter boats out of Virginia Beach or nearby Cape Hatteras, or even take a cruise ship out of Norfolk. The Atlantic Park Surf recently opened with a 2.67-acre lagoon with man-made waves. There are several adventure parks, public parks, museums, and an aquarium for children of all ages. Busch Gardens is 1 hour away.

For the artistic high schooler, there is the competitive Governor’s School for the Arts that focuses on dance, voice, theater, visual arts and instrumental music. Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk recently integrated with Old Dominion University under ODU Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences. In nearby Richmond is the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine as well as the state’s only dental school.
