The LPN will play a vital role in deliveringhigh-quality patient care while supporting essential clinical andadministrative functions under the direction of a physician, nursepractitioner, registered nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional. As an integral member of the healthcare team, theLPN will collaborate with providers and nursing staff to support safe,efficient care and contribute to positive patient outcomes. Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM What You’ll Do Obtainand accurately document patient medical histories Measureand record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight Administerprescribed medications safely and accurately Administerinjections, immunizations, and other treatments as directed Accuratelyenter and maintain patient information in the EHR/computer system Advocatefor patients and support their needs and concerns Scheduleand coordinate patient appointments Communicateand coordinate with insurance companies Collaborateeffectively with clinical staff and multiple providers AssistMedical Assistants (MAs) with clinical and administrative tasks Completemedication prior authorizations (PAs) and follow up as needed Maintainprofessionalism, integrity, and respect when interacting with patients andteam members Adaptto changing priorities and effectively manage competing demands What We Are Looking For ActiveLPN license in the State of Tennessee 1+year of related experience CurrentCPR certification required and must be maintained Physical Demands & Work Environment Abilityto stand for extended periods, occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop,kneel, crouch, or crawl, and regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds Abilityto work in an environment with potential exposure to blood and bodilyfluids Additional Skills & Attributes Adaptabilityand resourcefulness Multitaskingand time management Strongproblem-solving skills Abilityto work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment Strongcommunication and teamwork skills Abilityto remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team thatfeels valued, supported, and empowered, backed by comprehensive compensationand benefits.
