2 weeks per month ‐‐ 8 hrs of patient care daily with overnight call
12 ‐ 16 patient encounters per shift
Inpatient rehab facility
0 ‐ 2 admissions per shift
Post‐acute care ‐‐ strokes, cardiac events, accidents, and more
Call response time required: 30 mins
Rounding assigned patients ‐‐ fewer than 3 phone consults on average
