Seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Laundromat Attendant to join our team. We are a locally owned laundromat in North Hollywood that takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers.
This position is currently being offered as a temporary role to help meet our current staffing needs. Depending on business needs and employee performance, there may be an opportunity for ongoing part-time employment in the future.
Typical Schedule
Monday–Friday: Approximately 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (closing shift)
Sunday: Approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Additional or adjusted hours may be available based on business needs. We offer a flexible work schedule when possible.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Process Wash & Fold laundry orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundromat.
Clean machines, fold laundry, restock supplies, and perform general housekeeping tasks.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Open and/or close the store following company procedures.
Report equipment issues or customer concerns to management.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Previous customer service or laundromat experience is a plus but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
