Regional VP of Land Development

We’re hiring a Regional VP of Land Acquisitions to lead strategic growth and drive high‑impact development opportunities across key markets. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned acquisitions professional who brings both vision and execution—someone who can identify, evaluate, and secure land opportunities that align with long-term business objectives. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in land development or acquisitions 10+ years of proven success in land acquisitions Certified Planner designation (AICP) preferred Legal or financial background strongly preferred You’ll play a critical role in shaping regional expansion, building relationships, and navigating complex deals from sourcing through closing.
