CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking dedicated CNA to provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will support clinical staff and ensure residents receive compassionate, quality assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient health status and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the State or required jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to adhere to all facility policies, including infection control and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
• Must bring valid ID and complete vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.
