Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Job Description

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to food cost targets. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role focuses on managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards while utilizing kitchen management software and manual tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Manage food cost and inventory control
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Utilize kitchen management software for tracking and reporting
Coordinate with General Manager to align kitchen activities with restaurant goals

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in restaurant kitchen management
