Clinical Research Nurse

Location: 8260 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33138 Duration: 6 Months W2 Contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs Pay Range: $26.17/hr on W2 - $29.08/hr on W2 Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in the clinical / medical field Must hold a valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN) within the country operating. Must be registered with local health care authority. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’). Key Responsibilities: Conduct studies in compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and protocol requirements. Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling, and retention. Obtain informed consent and perform protocol-required procedures (e.g., vital signs, ECG, pregnancy tests). Maintain accurate source documentation, case report forms, and EDC data. Ensure IRB approvals, regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution. Support investigational product accountability and report protocol deviations as needed. Collaborate with site teams, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth study execution. Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of clinical research, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
