Full-time hours with a consistent schedule Opportunity to work with Twos, Preschool, and School Age children Supportive leadership team Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity for wage growth based on education and qualifications Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM Consistent weekly hours What You Will Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Support children's learning through play, activities, and daily routines Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Help children develop social, emotional, and academic skills Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Participate in team meetings and training opportunities What We Are Looking For Someone seeking a long-term position, not temporary employment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with children, families, and team members Comfortable being active throughout the day Able to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Child care, preschool, or daycare experience preferred Experience working with Twos, Preschool, or School Age children preferred First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Food Handler Permit, or willingness to obtain Willingness to complete required child care training About A to Z Building Blocks A to Z Building Blocks provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow.
