Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using estimating software.
• Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with preconstruction leadership and operations teams.
• Support bid strategy, proposal development, and risk analysis.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Assist in building and maintaining subcontractor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Estimator should have:

• Experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in commercial construction.
• Federal project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimating and bid processes.
• Experience with estimating software such as CostX or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Procore or comparable project management tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
