Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Maintenance Specialist position with a Local Manufacturer of Packaging. This position will pay $28.89 per hour and will work a 2/2/3 schedule with 48/60 hour work weeks. Pay will increase every 6 months and top out at 24 months at $32.35.


Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance on a variety of machines
• Maintain/repair water, gas, air, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Operator industrial lifts
• Install, test, adjust and repair mechanical systems, electrical systems and equipment in facility and warehouses
• Use computer software to manage length of repair time, and follow maintenance schedule to complete tasks
• Complies with all Company Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have 2 years of Maintenance Technician experience or Electrical Journeyman with certifications
• Demonstrates Electrical / Mechanical aptitude
• Must have own tools
• Capable of working with fumes, inks, cleaners and alcohol, hot/humid in the summer environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: ear plugs, safety glasses and foot protection
