Compensation:

$85,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Advocate passionately for clients in family law matters, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Manage a balanced caseload, delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations, presenting cases with confidence and clarity.
• Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the legal process, fostering trust and transparency in every interaction.

Qualifications:

What We Need From You

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Texas State Bar.
• Experience in family law, with a strong understanding of relevant legal procedures and regulations.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Proven track record of advocating for clients in court, with excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
