Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage day‑to‑day operations effectively. This role may also involve participation in acquisitions, providing insight and analysis on potential properties. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move‑ins/outs.
