Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammograms and screening mammograms while adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
• Operate Hologic 3D mammography equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging results.
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients visiting radiology facilities.
• Work collaboratively within the radiology team, updating records in the Epic charting system.
• Float between assigned medical centers within the New Haven area as required and scheduled.
• Adhere to universal precautions and core measures to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT M and ARRT R certifications, BLS certification required.
• A minimum of four years of mammography experience is required, with experience using Hologic equipment preferred.
• Preferred experience in breast ultrasound and 3-D mammography techniques.
• Ability to float between multiple sites and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
• Strong communication skills and experience with Epic charting system.
• Capable of working every other Saturday and adjusting workdays as the schedule demands.
