You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingAssist residents with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobilityMonitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staffProvide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacyFollow individualized care plans and established facility policies and proceduresAccurately document care provided and resident observationsMaintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areasAnswer call lights and respond promptly to resident needsAssist with maintaining a comfortable and safe environmentCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare teamPromote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered cultureQualificationsActive California CNA certification requiredCurrent CPR certification preferredPrevious skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident careAbility to follow instructions and prioritize resident needsCommitment to providing exceptional quality careApply Today!Take the next step in your healthcare career with Moraga Post-Acute.
