Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: St. Cloud, MN Shift: Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our production team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of products during the production process while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a team environment, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Monitor equipment performance and notify supervisors or operators of issues or malfunctions. Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Count, sort, and package products for shipment and storage. Palletize products according to established stacking patterns. Construct boxes and prepare totes for processed products. Follow established procedures during product and lot code changes. Hand-wrap pallets using shrink wrap or netting as required. Conduct basic equipment and work area inspections. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, food production, or assembly experience preferred. Experience operating production machinery or processing equipment is a plus. Familiarity with GMPs, food safety standards, or quality procedures is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Basic mathematical proficiency. Strong independent and critical thinking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to accurately manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to foster and maintain a positive team environment. Results-driven mindset focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive movements and tasks. Must be comfortable working in a cold environment, approximately 36°F , with some areas as cold as -5°F . Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and material handling. Ability to use hands to handle products, equipment, and packaging materials. Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and exposure to food production processes. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team in close proximity to others.
