Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using "Tropitude" (Tropitude is our "mojo" and what makes Tropical Smoothie Caf fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).

• Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our caf.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the caf.
• Successfully completed the Caf Basics and Certified Trainer Program.
• Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Caf's standards.
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory using MyInventory.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the caf.

Experienced Tropical Smoothie Caf Crew Member.

Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced caf environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

• Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary.
• Crew Leaders can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours and may have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafs core values in all interactions.
• Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Caf uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
• Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We've been making and serving fresh food for as long as we can remember. Even before we opened our first cafe, we served fresh fruit smoothies from a stand on a Florida beach. We've come a long way since then but we've remained true to our early days of pure, wholesome food.

In 1997, we opened our first restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida to give our customers a place to sit and relax while enjoying our fruit smoothies. By 1999, we added a wide range of wholesome food options to our menu that perfectly complemented our smoothies. One year later, we officially established the Tropical Smoothie Caf name.

In 2007, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary and started our own holiday, National Flip Flop Day. On National Flip Flop Day, we raise funds to benefit Camp Sunshine and customers who visit our cafes wearing flip flops between 2pm - 7pm receive a FREE smoothie. It's a great day to bring on the sunshine in the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Today, customers continue to fall in love with Tropical Smoothie Caf as a destination for flavor. We've always been guided by this one simple belief: when you eat better, you feel better and when you feel better - all is better.
