Who We Are Vitale Law Firm is family-owned and veteran-owned, now in our third year, with offices in Wentzville, Missouri and Overland Park, Kansas. We help families avoid probate, family drama, and long-term care costs — with estate plans written in plain English that actually work when they’re needed. There’s a better way to do this work than the will-mill down the street, and we’ve gone deep enough to find it. Everybody here takes that personally. What You’ll Own Every inbound call — being the steady, confident first voice a family hears Qualifying every lead against our four criteria, so you know in minutes who we can help and who we can’t — and saying so kindly when we can’t Booking the right families into a strategy session, and holding the line on the card-on-file policy without flinching Reaching every new lead within 24 hours. Every one. Following up until they’re booked or they tell you to stop Logging every call in our CRM the same day, so no family falls through the cracks We’ll train you on the whole system. It’s built, it’s proven, and it works. Your job is to run it well and care while you do it. How You’ll Be Measured We review the numbers with you every week. If numbers on a board make you nervous, this isn’t the seat. If they make you competitive, you’ll like it here. You return every call You take feedback as fuel You treat the receptionist and the CEO with exactly the same respect This Isn’t Your Role If You get apologetic the second money comes up You’d rather chat than qualify You need reminding twice to do the same task You think a script is beneath you You go quiet or cold when a call gets hard Must-Haves 2+ years of phone-based work where you converted, scheduled, or booked leads 2+ years of demonstrated organizational skills Comfortable learning and living in CRM software all day Compensation & Benefits $45,000 – $52,000 base salary , depending on experience, plus an incentive bonus tied to the results you produce. Your base is what you can count on; the bonus is what you build on top of it. We review your numbers with you every week, so you always know where you stand — no guessing, no surprises at the end of the quarter.
