You will make an impact by: Developing and executing comprehensive career services strategic plans that ensure college-wide objectives producing exceptional placement results meeting and exceeding ABHES, BPPE, and programmatic accreditation thresholds. Driving innovation in placement strategies, incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices. Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on placement trends, labor market analytics, and program viability. Developing and implementing specialized placement strategies for distance education students, ensuring equitable career outcomes across all learning modalities. Your Experience Includes: At least five year’s experience in a manager or above level position concerned with career/student services management and career development administration and evaluation, program/product marketing, employer/community relations, fiscal and operations management at a corporate/divisional level or above Experience with development and implementation of career programs. Education: Bachelor degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or related field required. Master's degree in specialty field preferred. ***Relocation Assistance Provided*** CA Salary Range USD $123,478.00 - USD $169,318.00 /Yr.
