The company began its operation in Michigan City and Fort Wayne as Indiana Wholesale Wine & Liquor. Schedule Day Shift, Monday - Friday, approximately 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay Rate $22.00/hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid parental leave Paid time off Parental leave Prescription drug insurance Vision insurance Position Summary This position has primary responsibility for the daily completion of all inventory cycle counts and research activities Essential Job Functions Research and analyze issues that affect physical inventory by using all resources available to maintain an accuracy level set by management. Daily communicate with the credit department and others on issues that affect the balance between DISC and WMS, reporting any variances to your manager. Process and cycle count issues MRM's to insure that customers are properly credited and physical inventory is correct. Report any situations that adversely affect inventory to upper management. Maintain WMS (Korber/HighJump) functions as directed by your manager. Included functions: Item with no locations Slotting items to locations Bottle quantities in non-bottle locations Items on Hold Balance Report Position Qualifications Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations Organization - Ability to organize and plan work to meet established deadlines Independence - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Education/Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years related experience Computer Skills Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications AS400 experience preferred Familiar in the use of Warehouse Management Systems and bar code scanning technology ( Korber/Highjump) Math Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Other Requirements Legally permitted to work in the United States Use of Warehouse Equipment i.e., Electric Pallet Jack, Stand up Forklift and Stock Picker Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
