- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment to analyze samples and ensure accurate test results.
- Uphold rigorous quality control standards by following established procedures and protocols.
- Perform complex diagnostic testing on patient samples with a high degree of scientific accuracy and attention to detail.
- Certification by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
