MLR is looking for a qualified Medical Technologist Generalist to join a dynamic team at a respected hospital in Northern Louisiana . In this position, you will carry out professional laboratory work following established clinical protocols, performing chemical and biological tests on patient specimens to aid in medical diagnosis. Schedule: Night Shift
Pay: $63,414 - $84,318

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment to analyze samples and ensure accurate test results.
• Uphold rigorous quality control standards by following established procedures and protocols.
• Perform complex diagnostic testing on patient samples with a high degree of scientific accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Certification by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
