Bilingual Recruiter

Staff Corp is seeking a dynamic bilingual Staffing Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and strengthen our employer brand. This onsite role in Cockrell Hill, TX emphasizes sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while building lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The position offers an hourly wage of USD 19-21. Location & Compensation Location: Cockrell Hill, TX (onsite) Compensation: USD 19 - 21 per hour Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and design targeted recruitment plans. Provide morning and after-start check-ins for new hires. Identify candidates across multiple channels, including managing social media sourcing efforts. Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential. Present and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and applicable employment and labor laws. Maintain candidate pipelines through lead generation and talent management activities. Keep accurate records of recruiting activities within the ATS. Build relationships with passive candidates and client prospects through proactive outreach and relationship management. Coordinate orientation sessions and assist onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Support succession planning by identifying high-potential talent for future leadership roles. Requirements Proven experience in industrial or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation abilities and clear communication to engage candidates and stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Temps works/Beyond and Uattend. Knowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices. Ability to research market trends and use social media management tools for talent sourcing. Experience with sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation to attract top talent. Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
