Owner-Side Project Quality Manager II

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance/audit programs, and qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors. You report quality performance to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
