Travel Ultrasound Tech - $2,039 per week in Idaho Falls, ID

Key Responsibilities Perform echocardiography and ultrasound procedures on a patient population ranging from neonatal to geriatric, with a primary focus on cardiac conditions Conduct high-acuity studies in a stat-driven environment, requiring the ability to work efficiently under pressure Adhere to all safety protocols related to exposure to body fluids and blood Participate in scheduled on-call coverage during evenings and weekends as assigned Maintain a professional image and follow the assigned unit dress code Maintain current registry or certification in Adult Echo and vascular ultrasound throughout the assignment Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience or completion of an accredited program in Echocardiography Current registry or certification in Adult Echocardiography (ARDMS or ARRT required) Current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound Actively working toward attaining registries in all applicable accredited areas Current BLS certification required Strong team player with a flexible, adaptable approach to a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working with high-acuity cardiac patients across a broad age range, including neonatal and geriatric populations Comfort working in a stat-driven, high-stress imaging environment Prior travel or contract assignment experience in an Echo or Ultrasound setting Why Join Us Opportunity to work within one of the region's largest and most comprehensive medical facilities, supporting a wide range of cardiac and imaging services Gain exposure to a diverse patient population in a facility that serves as a regional healthcare hub across multiple states
