Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.
• Additional training in administrative support, customer service, or office technology preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or order processing experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with data entry, billing, invoicing, and online order management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Duties

• Process and manage online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product information and order inquiries.
• Enter customer, order, and inventory data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Monitor order status and coordinate updates as needed.
• Maintain organized records, files, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with general office operations and routine clerical functions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Support daily business operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office as needed during the workday.
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while handling detailed administrative tasks.
