Voted Best Italian Restaurant in Hawaii by Honolulu Magazine's Hale 'Aina Awards for 10 years running, Arancino blends classic Italian flavors with a modern twist, using the finest ingredients from Italy and fresh, locally sourced products from Hawaii. We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel.
We're looking for an experienced pasta cook with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine. If you love crafting memorable dishes and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes using traditional techniques
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu innovation and refinement
- Maintain top standards for flavor, quality, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a pasta cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Solid knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- Ability to thrive under pressure while staying organized
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
