Director of Rehabilitation

Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Rehabilitation located in Escondido, CA. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee rehabilitation services, including managing a team of professionals and ensuring quality care for patients. Primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing rehabilitation strategies, coordinating therapy programs (including occupational, physical, and speech therapy), and monitoring patient progress. The role requires leadership in managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and facilitating communication between departments to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.
