Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Respond to inquiries about products, services, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism. Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate with different teams to implement effective solutions and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration. A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
