Brand Visibility Specialist

Brand Visibility Specialist: SEO and Content This role is responsible for growing organic visibility, brand consistency, and conversions across all Leadhub accounts through a combination of SEO strategy and content execution. This role focuses on current and emerging opportunities in organic search while producing and optimizing high‑performing content that strengthens visibility, increases qualified traffic, and supports client goals across channels. You'll be writing and optimizing for home service and trades clients (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical), so comfort with technical subject matter is a real advantage. Key Performance Indicators Grow organic sessions and conversions month-over-month across client accounts Grow organic revenue contribution across the client portfolio Maintain brand accuracy and content quality across all client accounts Support the broader digital marketing strategy with on- and off-site optimization efforts Complete audits, reports, and content deliverables on schedule Principal Duties and Responsibilities Meets or exceeds growth targets for the organic search channel, including increased users, sessions, clicks, and conversions Develops and implements SEO initiatives to attract new and incremental conversions and revenue Writes, edits, and fact‑checks website and marketing content including landing pages, digital ads, downloadables, email content, and scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment Acts as a senior editor for team‑produced content, providing constructive feedback and quality assurance Partners with content writers to develop keyword-rich content and improve topical relevance across service, service area, blog, and landing pages Collaborates with the Account Services team to ensure client goals, expectations, and deadlines are met Researches and analyzes competitor websites, keywords, and industry trends to inform strategy Implements website content using platforms such as Google Docs and WordPress Conducts detailed audits for new and existing client properties, including on-page SEO and Google Business Profile optimization Uses SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush) to track, report, and analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities Delivers concise, accurate reporting to clients as needed Collaborates with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new and existing sites Manages and maintains consistent citations and local SEO accuracy across client locations Keeps up with search algorithm updates, AI Overview developments, and local SEO best practices to stay ahead for clients Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate content production, keyword research, and competitive analysis while maintaining brand accuracy and quality standards Evaluates and refines AI-generated content to ensure it meets Leadhub's quality bar before publishing Required Experience 2-5 years of successful experience growing business using local SEO tactics Demonstrated experience writing and editing SEO-driven content across multiple formats Hands‑on experience with Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console Full-spectrum on-page SEO expertise Strong editorial instincts and attention to brand voice and quality Able to think through strategy and move fast — these are non-negotiables here Excellent collaboration and partnership skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign assets Account management or project management experience a plus Practical experience using AI tools in a content or SEO workflow, beyond surface-level awareness Ability to distinguish AI-generated content that needs editing from content that's ready to publish Formal Education, Qualifications, or Training A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field is a plus Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Semrush certifications are encouraged AI literacy is expected.
