POLY OPERATOR – NIGHT SHIFT

What You’ll Be Doing
Running and supporting production machinery
Keeping safety first while following all procedures
Inspecting products and making sure quality stays high
Communicating clearly with your team and supervisors
Using your equipment knowledge to keep things moving
Applying solid judgment in fastpaced situations
Helping your team hit production goals and transition between shifts
What You Bring to the Table
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
Strength to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Basic handtool knowledge for minor repairs
Flexibility to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach
Comfort climbing ladders for repairs and changeovers
A strong work ethic and a teamfirst mindset
