We are looking for a responsible Kitchen Team Leader to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations in our fast-paced casual/fast food environment. This role involves handling prep work, cooking, stocking, maintaining food quality and consistency, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized to support high-volume service. Weekend availability is required as we are open 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Food preparation (With the majority of our menu being fresh produce we are always trying to keep up with the slicing and dicing of food prep)
• Preparing/Trimming & Cooking Proteins (All proteins are cooked in a programmed Alto-Shaam Combi oven)
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in kitchens
• Ability to keep up with high-volume service
• ServSafe certification is a plus
