To support enterprise Windows infrastructure, the full-time Windows Administrator will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments while ensuring high availability and security of business-critical applications in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Monitor server health, system performance, and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions Troubleshoot Windows OS, server, network, and application issues while ensuring compliance with security policies Required qualifications Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V Experience with WSUS, SCCM, or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for patch management Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions like Veeam or Commvault Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP and VPN
