And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower chefs to nourish the world.If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you've found the right job posting.Tasks:Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution in the market/warehouseKeep record of invoices sent and receivedFill orders by taking items from the warehouse and prepare them for delivery to chefsKeep track record of chefs ingredient requirements and returnsMonitor shelves and fill them in when neededKeep up with the movement of merchandise in the store and warehouseWeekly counting of assigned inventoryQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or GEDYou are eligible to work in the U.S.Bilingual English/Spanish, preferredMust be familiar with FIFO and food safety regulationsYou are reliable: punctual and regular attendance is required — changing the way the world eats and chef work takes heart and discipline!Ability to operate a pallet jack is helpful but not requiredExperience working in a food facility is helpful but not requiredAble to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts and carry up to 50 poundsOccasionally may be required to work in a cold refrigerated area kept at 35 degreesSchedules: Wednesday-Sunday, 6pm-2:30am OR Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday varied times from 8am-7pmBenefits:Competitive hourly ratesMedical, Dental and Vision401KOpportunities for advancementAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
