Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a patient service center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, managing patient data, and delivering customer service. The position offers flexible scheduling with Monday-Thursday and rotating Saturday availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and process billing accurately
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and complete administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: $17.75-$25.92 per hour; eligible for quarterly performance-based bonus
