The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and courteous support to Personal Lines clients.
- Facilitate endorsements, renewals and cancellations under licensed staff supervision.
- Manage client data and ensure accurate records in the agency management system.
- Communicate with carriers for inquiries and follow ups.
- Support Account Managers.
- Attend and participate in internal training and professional development activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based, service oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
Licensing
Must obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment.
Education
- High School diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred.
