What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF)
• SLP-CF and SLP-CCC candidates considered
• Strong clinical skills and willingness to work in a school setting
• Commitment to student growth and team collaboration
• Adaptability to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, or travel)
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Screen, evaluate, and develop therapy goals for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver individualized and group intervention services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, multidisciplinary planning, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
• Attend professional development and supervision (for SLP-CFs, structured supervision is in place)
