Volt is immediately hiring for Warehouse Cold Chain Clerk in Carlsbad, Ca. As a Warehouse Cold Chain Clerk you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing temperature-sensitive finished goods while ensuring strict adherence to temperature control and regulatory compliance standards. This role supports inventory accuracy, product integrity, and timely order fulfillment.

This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: high school diploma or GED equivalent required, willingness and ability to obtain IATA Certification, ability to work in a warehouse environment, including cold storage conditions (refrigerated and/or freezer environments), previous warehousing or logistics experience preferred, strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and quality performance, excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills and proficiency with computers and inventory systems, ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and management, availability to work 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and able to pass a drug test & Background.
