Staff AI DevOps Engineer

Staff-level DevOps engineer role focused on designing and implementing AI infrastructure, federated agent systems, and MCP servers across AWS and Azure. The position involves building scalable enterprise AI solutions, establishing governance frameworks, and mentoring teams on AI-augmented development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI infrastructure supporting federated agent development and distributed deployment
- Manage AI agents to generate code while maintaining enterprise standards and best practices
- Build and maintain MCP servers and infrastructure for agent communication and enterprise integration
- Establish monitoring, governance, and security frameworks for AI agent operations
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Ansible for AWS and Azure provisioning
Requirements
- 8+ years software development experience with bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with master's degree, or equivalent
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, agent orchestration, or AI-powered development tools
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and AI/ML frameworks
- Strong enterprise software architecture and distributed systems design knowledge
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure) with infrastructure-as-code tools
- Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in production environments
- Security principles expertise including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API security
