We are a boutique, tax-integrated wealth management firm in Beaumont, serving high-net-worth families and small business owners nationally. We are small, well-run, and built around long client relationships.

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Client Service Associate to anchor the operations side of our practice. This is a client-facing role for someone dependable, discreet, and detail-oriented — the kind of professional who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in getting it right the first time.

The Seat

• Full-time, in-office, Beaumont, TX
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $27.50–$35.00/hr, commensurate with experience
• Retirement plan available with employer match

What You'd Be Doing

• Executing trades and securities transactions under advisor direction
• Opening new accounts and handling money movement accurately
• Serving as a primary client contact for service needs and account questions
• Coordinating with clients' CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors
• Maintaining detailed CRM records and supporting advisor workflow
• Helping clients navigate online account access and platforms
• Supporting advisors with scheduling and client events

What We're Looking For

• Active Series 7 required — must be currently licensed
• Prior experience in a licensed CSA, BOA, or registered operations role
• Working knowledge of securities regulations and compliance standards
• Consistent attendance and punctuality — our clients and team rely on it
• Clear, careful written and verbal communication; the kind of attention to detail that prevents errors before they happen
• Discretion with sensitive client and firm information
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Initiative to anticipate needs and follow through without being asked
• Microsoft Office proficiency
